Not just with word am I in thrall.
My blood is stirred; emotions stall.
Her hair, her eyes, they trap my sense.
Her face, now wise, spells my defense.
Within her gird, the ancient call.
It‘s clearly heard, “Give me your all”.
My reason flies, held in suspense
By passion’s prize-Her innocence.
My blood is stirred, not just with word:
Her hair, her eyes, her face, now wise.
It‘s clearly heard within her gird.
With passion’s prize my reason flies.
